These Terms govern your use of the FinLedger AI service ("Service") operated by FinLedger ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FinLedger AI is a research tool that uses large language models to produce structured analyses from financial data you provide. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no analysis it produces constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe any third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware); (d) attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service; or (e) use the Service to generate deceptive, harassing, or illegal content. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and the outputs you act on, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them.
The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by FinLedger and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the data you input.
Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is not suitable for regulated professional advice without independent verification and qualified human oversight. We may filter or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing terms, taxes, currencies, and renewals are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinLedger is established, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
